Terms
No shortages, returns or credits will be accepted after 7 days of receipt of goods.
Only goods returned in original packaging and condition will be accepted.
Goods will only be accepted if a Returned Goods Authority number is provided by our customer service staff.
Some items (eg. Incontinence Products, Hernia Belts) cannot be accepted for return under any circumstances due to health regulations.
Goods remain the property of Westcoast Surgical and Medical Supplies until full payment has been received.
For overseas shipments, goods will not be shipped until full payment is made.
